Smile while you can because you'll never know what might happen tomorrow...


He slowly opened his eyes, he felt as he was beaten up by five guys or something.His whole body was aching. Actually he was in great pain. Machines with different colours were beeping around him.Suddenly someone came inside the room. After seen her it all came back to him. He was in the hospital. Now it has been 3 months.It was the nurse."Good morning son how are you feeling today"asked the nurse with a bright smile on her face.

That's all he sees these days... Fake smiles all around him trying to comfort him. He knew that it was not working and so did them.Another brand new day full of tremendous pain and unbearable suffering.Mostly he was suffering from heartache.Pain that never could be cured by medicine or by doctors.

He was just 21 years of age.His mother got transferred to the big city when he was 12. It was a brand new life for him. Brand new friends,an unknown environment.Lots of rich kids started becoming his friends and he liked it.He started smoking as it was the in thing among the young crowd. It was considered as cool.In order for him to blend with the society he had to be apart of them.
Then all started, cutting classes, not listening to his mother, doing what ever he wanted.By the age of 15 he was addicted to smoking. He wanted 5 packets of cigarettes per day.It was so hard to live without it.

Suddenly one day it all came to a stop..... He started vomiting blood. That's the time he realized that something really terrible has happened to him. He still could remember how his mother fainted after hearing that her only son had lung cancer.
He knew his mother was trying her best to hide her tears from him, but it wasn't working. He could hear her cry while he was a sleep. Now the only thing that he could do is to pray to ask god to give her strength to face the world after he's gone.

He saw her mother talking to the nurse near the door. She had a bunch of flowers in her hands. She looked really pretty today. He wanted the suffering to end now. He could not take it anymore.All his hair was gone because of the medicine.He felt sleepy, slowly he closed his eyes. Knowing that he would never open them again and see her mother.
There was a thick blue line in one machine with one continuous beeping sound.

I don't think some can live without listenin
to music.Music takes an important part of
my life.It had helped me alot. Specially whenI'm down or when I'm sad and all alone by my self.It just takes all ur trouble out of you. I lovethat feeling. OK now about my favourite artists and bands.........................................

My favorite artist is EMINEM. Don't be surprised
there are some GIRLS who like him just like me.
It's not just his lyrics what i like most about
him.It's the way he had come up to the place, where
he is now.It;s a result of his hard work and
devotion.

My favourite band is linkin park.I just don't have the
perfect words to describe them. All I can say that it's a superb
band with a superb Set of talented guys.
I love to watch movies as well. What I miss the most is watching movies with my brother. Action.romantic,horror I don't mind what the type is i just want it to be a good one.That's all...............................................................................................................................

Puppies, Don't you think they are the cutest thing on earth. I don't know about you I think that they are. They are so adorable and loving. I have puppy back at home. Miss playing with her alot.
Anyways these are the stuff that makes me smile and alive, at lest for a few seconds. Even those few second make a huge difference.

K let me see, from where can I start........... Shall I start telling you about the boring part or the exciting part. I think you would prefer reading the exciting part first.

My name is Nirasha. I'm from this beautiful island called Sri lanka. If you haven't been there you should visit there some time. You'll never regret. I feel like I'm the luckiest person on earth. Mainly because I'm not alone. I have a mother and a father who loves me alot and a younger brother who cares about about and annoy me at the same time. They are the ones who stay beside me no matter what. My father's a hard working person. Really organized and a bit serious type and on the other hand my mother's not at all serious. She loves to have fun and loves to do shopping so me being a girl I love that part. Both of my parents always knew their limits. They did not give us all the unnecessary stuff we wanted . Those days myself and my brother, we used to get angry with them alot. But now we realize that they did not spoil us for our own good. Not that we did not have the best birthday parties, not that we did not get best presents or anything. You know how it is....They devoted their whole life for us. We are proud and happy to have parents like that.

The saddest part is that I had to leave them inorder to do my higher studies. I had to come to Thailand. I'm currently a bio tech student at Assumption university.I miss them alot. It was really hard for me to leave them. I still can remember my mother's face. Anyways I can't wait to see them again.I did not feel that alone because two of my best friends Tashya and Varuni came along with me. They are my family now.( Love you guys alot).

I have a big responsibility ahead. First I have to study well and then get a good job. After I become independent I have three people to look after. My loving parents and my sweet younger brother. After doing so much for me that's the only gift I can give them. So that's my main ambition. Other than that I have two more dreams one is start my own company one day and two to be fashion designer.

Hope all my dreams and wishes come true......................
